Cancellation Policy
At NoseyDogs, we carefully schedule our sessions to ensure every dog receives the time, care, and attention they deserve. As our sessions are limited and in high demand, we ask that clients please respect the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, or failure to attend (no-shows), will result in full forfeiture of the session fee.
If a package session is missed without sufficient notice, that session will be deducted from your package.
In the event of illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, we always aim to be fair and reasonable where genuine circumstances apply.
